Privacy Policy
PVdesignEYA (pvdesigneya.com, the “Service”) handles your personal information with care. This page explains what information the Service receives and why, how long it is kept, and how you can have it deleted. The Service is currently an early version (Beta).
1. What we receive and why

The Service itself does not use cookies (external services such as the map and the robot check may use cookies under their own policies). It does store a few settings only in your own browser (for example the language you chose, whether you have seen the how-to-use guide, and a temporary value used to restore your work). These are not sent to the server.
2. What we do not receive
We do not receive your name or phone number. Your IP address is passed along while a request is handled, but it is not stored.
3. Retention and deletion
- Data is deleted automatically every day once the retention period in the table above has passed.
- If you want something deleted earlier, write to the contact address below with your e-mail address (or Report ID). We will delete it after checking.
- Stored files and database records are deleted in a way that cannot be restored.
4. Processors and transfers abroad
The Service entrusts the processing of personal information to the companies below. Their servers are abroad, so the information is transferred outside Korea. It is sent over the internet (encrypted) when you use the related feature.

If you do not use the e-mail save or e-mail report features, nothing is passed to Resend. If you do not want your information transferred abroad, do not use these features, or ask us to delete it at the contact address below.
5. External services
Your browser connects to the services below directly, or the Service looks them up with the site coordinates. Your connecting IP address and the site coordinates may be passed to these companies (including abroad), which process them under their own policies.
- Google (USA) — map and address search of the English version, fonts (Google Fonts)
- Kakao (Korea) — map, address search and land-lot (parcel) lookup of the Korean version (site coordinates)
- PVGIS, European Commission Joint Research Centre (EU) — irradiance and weather data lookup (site coordinates)
- Amazon Web Services (USA) — terrain elevation data (AWS Terrain Tiles, area around the site)
- jsDelivr, cdnjs — program files the page needs (Turf.js, three.js)
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your consent. Please contact us at the address below. We will act after confirming it is you.
7. If you do not agree
The e-mail save and e-mail report features need your consent. Without it you can still use the basic features — map, layout and yield calculation — without giving an e-mail address. Promotional e-mails are sent only if you choose them separately; they are marked as advertising, each one explains how to unsubscribe, and your consent is reconfirmed every 2 years.
8. Security measures
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). Stored information can be viewed only by the administrator after separate authentication, and a robot check and request limits are used to prevent automated input and abuse.
9. About reports and results
Reports and results produced by the Service are forecasts and the results are not guaranteed. They are for personal reference and must not be used commercially or passed to third parties. See the Terms of Use and the notice on the cover of the report for details.
10. Changes
This policy will be updated when the Service or the information it receives changes. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
